        Established in 2018, Anchor of Grace Counseling is a Christian based counseling practice specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, domestic and sexual abuse, self-esteem challenges as well as a wide range of behavioral health issues impacting individuals and their families. 

       Clinician and owner Cristin Duffy has experience working with individuals and families being impacted by a wide variety of circumstances.  She enjoys getting to know clients, developing goals suited to their individualized needs, strengths and vision for the future. Through a client-centered approach, Clinicians at Anchor of Grace Counseling work with clients to develop positive coping strategies to manage emotions, increase communication, build interpersonal skills and resolve conflict. Cristin has worked with children and their families in various settings for the past 17 years.

        Coming from a family with Christian beliefs and educational training, Cristin is able to integrate Christian principles into the therapeutic process. She is eager to help others by providing a relaxed treatment environment through the use of compassion, a good sense of humor, and an easygoing personality.

      Anchor of Grace Counseling has established strong relationships with community based treatment providers in the area. Anchor of Grace clinicians have experience working collaboratively for the benefit of the client with community resources. Additionally,  the Anchor of Grace team is able to provide additional educational support surrounding school based needs.
